Q. What is the minimum contract length?
A. After your intial 3 months with us, there is a one month written notice period.
Q. How much deposit do I have to pay?
A. When you sign up, we ask for 1 month deposit plus payment for your first month upfront.
Q. Who else currently uses the co-working space?
A. Co-workers share the space with those on the Entrepreneurs for the Future Tech Incubator programme. This makes it easier to meet with others and join in the community.

Q. Are there any rules?
A. We don’t like to call them rules, but we have written a set of basic membership terms, to let you know how people work in our space.
Q. What are your opening hours?
A. We are open 24/7!
Q. Do I need to book a desk?
A. No, there is no booking system, just turn up & pick an empty desk to work from.
Q. Is there anywhere to store my documents/laptop?
A. No, not really. We are a co-working facility rather than a dedicated office, so unfortunately anything you leave unattended or overnight will be at your own risk.
Q. How will I know what’s going on when?
A. We use internal mailers and bulletins to keep all members up to date on all events, opportunities and building notices.
We also use Yammer to allow all members to communicate with each other, share photos, links and updates. This allows the collaboration to continue day and night wherever you are.
Q. Do I get any discounts for other Innovation Birmingham Facilities
A. Yes, Innovation Birmingham offers 20% discount on the following facilities:
