October 7-13th will see the inaugural Birmingham Tech Week take over the city, with over 50 events set to raise the profile of Birmingham’s tech scene, encourage inward investment, inspire the next generation, facilitate collaboration, and encourage the building of an ecosystem where tech companies can flourish.

Monday 7th October: 12:00 - 16:00

Are you an SME or large organisation working in Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, Digital, Health, Transport, Construction, Utilities, Energy etc? Could you be leveraging space technology and data for the benefit of your business?

“Your Business Powered by Space” event is organised by European Space Agency (ESA) Business Applications (BA) Regional Ambassador for the Midlands and North East England, and is designed for companies who may not consider themselves to be in the space sector, but have the potential to use space assets such as Satellite Navigation, Earth Observation data and Satellite Communications to their commercial advantage.

AdvoFest 2019: Brand Advocacy Conference (Customer Experience & Marketing)

Tuesday 8th October: 09:45-18:00

AdvoFest is an interactive and insightful conference focusing on how to create, empower and enable brand advocates. The event will feature talks from:

WM Young Life Event: Health Tech

Wednesday 9th October

Hosted by our partners WM LIFE and the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network (WMAHSN), our Innovation Birmingham campus will see over 100 school children explore the applications of digital technologies for health and wellbeing, and will include workshops, demos, a ‘health bazaar’, meet the inventor sessions, careers in science and health inspiration, and ‘make one change’ pledges.
