3D Printing in Healthcare

A new report by Vision Gain forecasts the world market for 3D printing in the healthcare industrywill be worth $4043m by 2018.
3D printing technology has been used for automotive and aerospace engineering, construction, architecture, food and fashion. In medicine, 3D technology has opened up new and exciting capabilities for customisation in a wide variety of applications and is being increasingly used for prosthetics, medical devices and human tissue.
This event brings together academics and healthcare professionals to share insights and expertise, while also taking a glimpse into what the future may hold for 3D printing in the health sector.
