A celebration of Entrepreneurs for the Future’s 100th tech start-up

Innovation Birmingham invites you to join us for a milestone celebration of the highly acclaimed Entrepreneurs for the Future programme. 

Now in its 5th year – having been established in November 2009 – 100 ‘e4f’ tech start-ups have been incubated.

With over 170 skilled jobs having been created, and in excess of £4 million raised by the start-ups in initial funding rounds, this event will provide an opportunity to mingle with the e4f alumni; “the e4fers”.

This will be an evening for Birmingham’s burgeoning tech scene to feel immensely proud! 


5:30pm: Registration, networking, food and drink. 


6:00pm: A welcome to the Innovation Birmingham Campus by Dr David Hardman MBE, CEO of Innovation Birmingham. 

6:10pm: An overview of Entrepreneurs for the Future by Michelle Rayner, e4f Programme Manager.

6:20pm: Presentation by Nick Holzherr, CEO of Whisk, and the 1st e4fer!

6:30pm: Presentation by Cliff Dennett, CEO of Soshi Games, the 23rd e4fer.

6:40pm: Presentation by Will Grant, Co-founder of Droplet, the 54th e4fer.  

6:50pm: Presentation by Ben Nimmo, Co-founder of SocialSignIn, the 60th e4fer.

7:00pm: Presentation by Steve Willey, Co-founder of Incus Games, the 88th e4fer.

7:10pm: Q&A session 

7:25pm: Further food, drinks and networking  

8:15pm: Close
