If you’re looking for exciting new opportunities to meet and collaborate with like-minded techies and digital leaders, you still have time to reserve your space at this Wednesday’s Tech Wednesday event!

Held at Innovation Birmingham Campus’ brand new iCentrum building, Tech Wednesday is a monthly meet-up for tenants and prospective Entrepreneurs for the Future (e4f) members to get together and chat about all things tech – with presentations from industry influencers who provide an insight into their personal business journeys.

This month’s presentations will be delivered by Tanya Matthew and Dan Packwood at PwC; Matthew de Noronha, Marketing Manager at Toyboy Warehouse and Ben Simpson, Co-Founder at Fixers Travel:

Tanya Matthew and Dan Packwood, PwC – ‘Start-up Journey’

Start-up Journey is a free online content platform helping start-ups grow their business. Still in its early stages, Tanya & Dan will explain why they have developed it and how it can help your start-up. Take a look at their beta site:

Matthew de Noronha, Marketing Manager at Toyboy Warehouse

We demand more information yet we are living in a time-poor society. Video has become an essential way of getting across your business’ message. There’s no better format to tell your story quickly and effectively.

Working in video production, I’ve learnt how getting across your message in a professional yet cost-effective way can be the hardest challenge. With just a little know-how (and a few insider secrets) you can avoid hiring expensive video production companies. Without any experience or little to no budget you can produce a start-up video to revolutionise your business.

Ben Simpson, Co-Founder at Fixers Travel

Ben will explain how they threw a party in the Sahara to get traction for their start-up and fund their next round of development. #BeyondSahara

With plenty of time to fire questions at our exciting guest speakers, this is the perfect event for techies looking to tap into valuable industry experience, mingle with likeminded business leaders and enjoy pizza and a cool refreshment in Birmingham’s latest digital hub – iCentrum.

If you’re unable to join us in person – why not join us online? Get involved in all the action by tweeting us @innobham and @techwednesday and we’ll look forward to seeing you at next month’s event on Wednesday 20th July from 5:30pm.
