Open Data with Government Cabinet Office
Digital Birmingham held an event at the Innovation Birmingham Campus to showcase the city’s innovations in Open Data with Government Cabinet Office officials. Paul Maltby, the Cabinet Office’s Director of Open Data and Government Innovation, and Jemma Install, the Cabinet Office’s Head of Wider Audience and Stakeholder Engagement were the guests of honour to hear and respond to 10 presentations detailing how Open Data is being used across the West Midlands region in the fields of health, transport and mapping, technology and media. Over 40 Open Data specialists attended the event.
