Disruptive letting technology provider, brightLET, has been nominated for a trio of national and regional awards for demonstrating excellence in their sector.
brightLET is a cloud based lettings and property management platform that connects landlords directly with tenants, by providing a 360-degree service which enables users to advertise, find a property, communicate and manage tenancies in one secure, online location which is quickly and easily accessible.
The company has been shortlisted for Online Business of the Year Award at this year’s national English Asian Business Awards which honours the determination, hard work and personal achievements of English Asian Businessmen and women at the forefront of their industries.
Following an impressive year and the launch of their new commercial solution, brightLET have also received regional nominations for the Birmingham Awards 2016 for the Excellence in Technology and this year’s Midlands Business and Community Charity Awards for Best Business Start-up of the Year award.

brightLET are one of 20 start-ups currently on Innovation Birmingham’s Serendip Smart City Incubator, a new offering aimed at accelerating the growth of digital start-ups by co-locating them with large corporate partners.
Based at the Campus’ 42,149 sq ft iCentrum building, start-ups can sign up to one of four sector-specific ‘quarters’; Digital Health, Intelligent Mobility, Internet of Things and Barclays Eagle Labs, being delivered by the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network, Centro, Transport Systems Catapult and Barclays Eagle Lab.
