Innovation Birmingham-based brightLET has teamed up with the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) Worcestershire to implement a tech solution helping to streamline tenant communications.
The award-winning property lettings and management company’s technological solution helps to provide a single destination that connects all the dots between listing a property, finding good tenants, and the day-to-day management of a property portfolio.
YMCA aims to use the brightLET’s innovative technology to help streamline manual operational processes more smoothly, stimulating the growth and expansion of its property portfolio with the use of the “clever and powerful” solution.
Alan Moorehouse, Head of Adult and Communities at YMCA said of the partnership: “YMCA Worcestershire is delighted to be working with brightLET. We’re looking forward to using the App to market our new scheme in Stanley Road, Worcester to a wide range of young people.
“It will help us redefine the way we communicate with residents, with a platform that is available 24 hours per day.”
Camran Khan, Founder and CEO of brightLET added: “brightLET are so excited to be part of YMCA Worcestershire's journey. Alan's decision in adopting technology proves that he has a vision and plan for growth.
“This is a very positive collaboration all-round, and we are happy to help support their vision!”
The announcement from brightLET shows one route traditional charities and housing associations are taking, to try and adopt technology for improving communication, growth and scalability.
