Birmingham-based specialist learning technology agency GuyKat has received widespread acclaim for its work with clients across the globe to deliver engaging interactive eLearning experiences.
November was a “stand-out” month for the agency as it was recognised as an industry leader at both the Silicon Canal Tech Awards and the Birmingham Post Business Awards respectively.
GuyKat was named ‘Small Company of The Year’ at the Silicon Canal Tech Awards on November 28th, with the ceremony taking place at the Custard Factory in Digbeth.
Acknowledged by over 300 people from the regional technology community, the win came only a few weeks after GuyKat was hailed ‘Exporter of the Year’ at the Birmingham Post Business Awards; a gala dinner held at the International Convention Centre also attended by hundreds of professionals representing business from across the region. Speaking after the recent successes, Guy McEvoy, Founder of GuyKat said:
“Just as not all superheroes wear capes, not all exporters ship manufactured goods. GuyKat is a great story about exporting services. We’re an awesome small team with a large global mindset!”
Cathy Turner has recently joined the agency and is enjoying her arrival into a firm that is being recognised throughout the region as a leading small business. Cathy commented:
“From everything I’ve seen, this seems really well deserved. They’re a great company to work for, everyone is really nice and very creative.
“We have amazing clients and I’m excited to be able to say that I work for a multi-award-winning company!”
GuyKat operates from the Innovation Birmingham Campus, the region’s leading location for digital technology businesses.
