Bruntwood SciTech is consulting on exciting new plans for Enterprise Wharf, a proposed new centre for Birmingham’s growing digital and technology economy at the Innovation Birmingham Campus.
The proposed building will be up to eleven storeys and will provide approximately 120,000 square feet of flexible office space, designed to accommodate a range of different sized businesses. The building will be designed to high sustainability standards and provide external cycle storage, showers, lockers and existing electric charging points to promote sustainable travel. The planning application will also be accompanied by a landscaping strategy including public realm improvements and improved access to the adjacent canal.
Initial plans for Enterprise Wharf will be on display at drop in sessions to be held at the iCentrum building, at Innovation Birmingham on Tuesday 16th July 2019 between 11.30 – 14.00 and 16.30 – 19.00.
At the drop in sessions there will be an opportunity to provide feedback on the plans and members of the project team will be on hand to answer any questions. For those unable to attend, details of the proposals will be available to view on this website from Tuesday 16th July.
It is anticipated that a planning application will be submitted to Birmingham City Council later this summer.
We welcome your feedback on our plans. You can provide feedback by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that all comments reach us by Tuesday 30th July 2019.
