A free online resource dedicated to helping employers keep staff healthy, motivated and engaged through the coronavirus crisis, is being offered by employee wellbeing firm Kaido. Kaido’s Coronavirus Package is designed to boost morale and keep workers engaged and connected while working from home or furloughed.
The package includes a 28 Day Stay Healthy from Home Wellbeing Challenge, access to Kaido’s Wellbeing Solution platform, which helps staff gain control of their physical, mental and social wellbeing, and one month of free access to Kaido’s wellbeing experiments.
The experiments allow employees to target two specific areas of health to improve, via a series of activities. Employers will receive a post-challenge impact report, detailing the health of the participating business’ workforce and how it has been impacted by Kaido products.
Kaido is a leading provider of employee wellbeing services. The Kaido Workplace Wellbeing solution is available to companies large and small, and is being used by KPMG, HSBC, the NHS and Twinings Tea.
Rich Westman, chief executive of Kaido, said: “It is a hugely challenging time for everyone, with employees having to adapt to new and remote ways of working and naturally feeling more anxious and disconnected from their teams than usual. We wanted to provide a free resource to employers that supported them to keep their remote and furloughed teams healthy, engaged and connected through the crisis, whilst also providing a much needed morale and motivation boost!"
